Join us every Wednesday from 10:30–11:30 AM in the Murdock Gallery. Yoga instructor — and YAM member! — Sarah Brown will lead these sessions and welcomes ALL levels. Please bring your own yoga mat.

Sarah Brown is a certified yoga instructor with 16 years of teaching experience. She teaches yoga at the Billings Family YMCA and Montana State University Billings. She also hosts Morning Edition and Field Days on Yellowstone Public Radio.
