An Italian American classic that's even better at home than in the restaurant. This simple yet elegant dish can help teach you many valuable skills - how to pan fry, the perfect marsala wine sauce, and basic knife skills.
In this combination hands-on and demonstration style class, you'll slice and dice your mushrooms while Chef Lisa walks you through the basic recipe. Then, pound out and batter your own chicken breasts for Chef Lisa to fry up. She'll demonstrate how to make the sauce, sear the chicken, and finish the dish.
We'll serve your Chicken Marsala with a hands-off risotto recipe and a simple side salad - with a vinaigrette of your own making!
