TRIO Educational Opportunity Center is a free program which connects individuals with opportunities to access higher education. Higher education encompasses GED or HiSET credentials, job training, technical schools, trade programs, and both two- and four-year degrees. We understand that continuing education can be a powerful step toward long-term stability and independence, and our team is committed to walking alongside students every step of the way.
TRIO EOC serves adult learners who do not have a bachelor's degree. TRIO EOC primarily serves individuals who fit one or more of the following categories: first-generation college students, individuals with limited income, or a high school youth not served by Talent Search. TRIO EOC provides personalized, one-on-one support that includes career exploration, help with college or career training applications, financial aid guidance, financial coaching and referrals for ongoing academic support.
