Happy Pairings MT began with a simple goal. Create something meaningful while maintaining time and energy for family. Owner Lauren Crawford previously worked as an elementary teacher but chose not to return to the classroom while expecting her second son. She wanted to contribute to her household in a way that provided flexibility and time to be with her children. With a lifelong connection to the service industry and a passion for food, catering, and hosting, charcuterie seemed like a natural place to start.
What began as a small creative project quickly expanded into a business serving events throughout the Billings area. Beautiful charcuterie boards and grazing displays became the main focus, blending thoughtful presentation with carefully chosen ingredients. From the start, the goal has been to create displays that feel special and memorable for every customer.
Each order is handled with care and attention to detail. Themes, events, and personal preferences are all taken into account so that every board feels personalized for the occasion.
