LIFTT is pleased to present “Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention.” Join Nutritional Health Coach Eileen Rodriguez for a free 30-minute class designed to boost your health and wellness

Tai Chi is a gentle exercise that combines slow, flowing movements with deep breathing. It reduces stress, improves range of motion, balance, and flexibility, lowers blood glucose levels, prevents falls, and enhances overall well-being.
