We've got another unforgettable love story for the ages coming to the historic Babcock Theatre real soon! (I feel like we've had a lot of those this year... keep 'em coming! Love is awesome! What, do you hate love or something??) We are excited to be screening Cameron Crowe's mushy tearjerker, SAY ANYTHING, Saturday, September 7th, in celebration of the film's 35th anniversary! John Cusack stars as eternal optimist Lloyd Dobler who is seeking to win the heart of Diane Court, an unattainable straight-A student and high school beauty. To everyone's surprise, including his own, Diane returns the sentiment, but her possessive, divorced father doesn't approve in the slightest, and Lloyd is going to need to utilize more resources than the power of love if he is going to overcome this hurdle!
