Granite Health and Fitness: Where Fitness and Family Life Come Together

Granite Health and Fitness (Granite) has become a go-to space for Billings families looking for more than just a gym. Locally owned and family-focused, it brings fitness, childcare, and early learning together under one roof, making it easier for families to stay active, connected, and supported.

Granite offers a full-service fitness experience with a wide range of amenities, nationally certified personal trainers, and group and small-group training options. Their group training programs, including Overtime and Total Body Reset, are built around connection and motivation. Working out alongside others creates confidence, accountability, and momentum, helping members push a little harder while feeling supported every step of the way.

At the heart of Granite is a commitment to serving the whole family, not just the workout. Their youth programs are a major point of pride, from swimming lessons and Little Hoopsters to Soccer Kids and seasonal camps. These programs aren’t side offerings. They are a core part of who Granite is.

The Early Education program holds a particularly special place within the gym. Designed for children ages three to five, the program creates an active learning environment where movement and curiosity go hand in hand. Children grow socially, physically, emotionally, intellectually, and creatively in a setting that feels energetic and supportive. Granite offers two class options, Little Learners on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and Bright Beginners on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Students also enjoy monthly swim lessons and Born to Move classes on alternating weeks, keeping learning active and engaging.

During the summer months, Granite’s Summer Camp keeps kids moving and exploring through themed weeks packed with activities. Campers swim, spend time in the gym, and wrap up each week with a trip to the park. It’s all designed to keep kids learning through action while having fun.

The atmosphere at Granite is welcoming and high-energy, filled with encouragement, laughter, and familiar faces. Whether someone is celebrating a personal fitness win or a child is proudly sharing something they learned that day, there’s a strong sense of connection throughout the building. Families appreciate having an all-in-one space where parents can work out, take classes, and enroll their kids in preschool, swim lessons, and activities without juggling multiple schedules or locations.

Granite’s connection to the Billings community has shaped everything they offer. Listening to local families has helped the gym expand its family-focused programs and strengthen its role as a true community space. That sense of belonging shows up in small moments, like kids running up for hugs when they see their teachers outside of class or parents sharing that their children don’t want to leave at the end of the day. When kids ask to stay longer, it’s a clear sign they feel safe, happy, and excited to be there, and for Granite, that’s the greatest compliment of all.

At its heart, Granite Health and Fitness is more than a gym. It’s a place built on relationships, care, and connection, where individuals and families of all ages feel supported, welcomed, and encouraged to keep coming back.
