We are beyond excited to announce that we will finally be playing a special one-night screening of acclaimed director YORGOS LANTHIMOS' astounding 2009 shock satire film, DOGTOOTH, at Art House Cinema and Pub, playing Saturday, November 15th, as this upcoming month's films in our LATE NIGHT series!
From the director behind, Poor Things, The Lobster, and his anticipated new film, Bugonia, DOGTOOTH is a deeply unsettling analysis of social control, manipulative power dynamics, and the obfuscation of reality. Being Lanthimos' debut film, DOGTOOTH's blunt and forward approach to such squeamish subject matter clearly lays the blueprint for what makes him a special modern film maker; like all his other stories, this is a film that is surreal and disturbing yet unquestionably meaningful!
