Cardinal on a Log w. Dawn Sherseth

In this 3-part class, we will be carving this cardinal on a log out of a 1x1x5 inch piece of basswood. We will use basic cuts and techniques in a step-by-step process. New techniques will be practiced on scrap wood before trying on our bird. All supplies and tools will be available to use or you can bring your own. A required cut resistant glove and thumb guard will also be available to borrow. At the end of the last class, you will have a painted and finished project.
