Each spring, the community comes together for the much-anticipated Buckaroo Bike Rodeo, a free event made possible through an amazing partnership with Albertsons. This incredible day is all about bikes, fun, and giving back! Youth from across the area bring their bicycles for on-the-spot repairs, whether it’s patching up flat tires, fixing rusty chains, or fine-tuning anything in between. Our dedicated team of volunteers meticulously inspects each bike, ensuring it’s safe and ready for a summer of adventures.
While the bikes get a makeover, kids enjoy a lineup of exciting activities. They can meet local first responders, tackle a thrilling bicycle obstacle course, and even enjoy a delicious free lunch. And that’s just the beginning! Every participant receives a free helmet and a bundle of other fun goodies. Plus, everyone is entered into our highly anticipated bike raffle, where dozens of brand-new bikes find happy new homes.
This event isn’t possible without our amazing team of volunteers, who pour their time into making this event unforgettable. From shopping for raffle bikes and setting up the event space to engaging with attendees and serving lunch, their commitment shines in every aspect of the day.
