Birdhouses with Jess Rice

In this class we will be painting cute, colorful birdhouse. In this class I will be focusing on cast shadows, and light direction. As we paint you will learn how to create a lit side, a shadow side, and how light hits objects to create a cast shadow over a surface. We will also focus on negative painting or painting behind objects to bring them forward. I will have drawings that are ready for you to trace, or you can bring your own drawing if you’d like.
