2025 Holiday Giving

The holidays are about more than lights, lists, and last-minute shopping. They’re about coming together as a community. Across Billings, local organizations, businesses, and neighbors are teaming up to make sure everyone stays warm, fed, and cared for this season. Whether you’re looking to give back or could use a little extra help yourself, here’s where to give, and where to turn for support.

Where to Pick Up Giving & Angel Tree Tags

If you’re ready to make someone’s holiday brighter, here’s where to grab a tag or join an adoption program.

  • The Salvation Army Billings Corps - Pick up a tag from their Angel Tree and shop for a local child or family. They also provide holiday meals and winter gear to families in need.
  • The Prison Fellowship Angel Tree at Faith E Church - Starting Sunday, November 9, the Angel Tree will be up in the church lobby. Each tag represents a local child with an incarcerated parent.
  • Festival of Trees - Family Tree Center - 40th Annual Festival of Trees at MetraPark December 4 th -6 th. This beloved community event features dozens of beautifully decorated trees and serves as the major fundraiser for the Family Tree Nurturing Center, which supports families through early childhood education and abuse prevention programs. You can sponsor or decorate a tree, bid in the silent auction, or attend and make a donation; every part of this event helps local families thrive.
  • Veldt Clothing & Bumps N Bundles – Angel Tree for Love and SONshine Ministries This Christmas, the two shops are teaming up for Veldt’s annual Angel Tree, benefiting Love and SONshine Ministries, a local nonprofit supporting homeless young mothers and their babies. Beginning Black Friday, customers can select an angel from their trees.

Tip: Tags often disappear quickly; most giving programs close in mid-December, so don’t wait too long!
