Water Bath Canning 101

The final program in a three-part fall lecture series on home canning, Water Bath 101 will inform participants about the basics of water bath canning; identify what foods are canned with this method; and be able to outline the steps for successful water bath canning. This is a 1-hour lecture. Due to facility and time constraints, it is not a hands-on canning class.
