Visit Lions Park in Red Lodge for the 46th Annual Labor Day Arts Fair in Red Lodge Montana. This one-day art fair organized by the Carbon County Arts Guild & Depot Gallery will take place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday, September 1, 2025. It is free and open to the public.
Voted as the 2024 Best of Montana Art Show in Distinctly Montana, the Labor Day Arts Fair features 80 booths set up in Lions Park with each offering a creative assortment of art and fine crafts. Artisans will bring their very best items to include fine art, sculpture, glass, photography, jewelry, pottery, wood carving, paintings, greeting cards, handmade soaps, and so much more. Plan to meet the artists and get to know more about their work. Also take time to shop for that special occasion or indulge in something just for yourself. This year we have many of the favorite artisans as well as several new vendors.
In addition to the fine arts and fine crafts, there will be art technique demonstrations, Zumba, belly dance, and other live performances at the gazebo throughout the day.
Of course, the Labor Day Arts Fair wouldn’t be complete without food. This year we have great food trucks including: Tup Tim Thai, OPA Grill, Unicorn Kettle Korn, and more. In addition, you can nosh on chocolate, caramel apples, and ice cream while enjoying the event. Or visit any number of wonderful eateries in Red Lodge.
We encourage you to bring your friends and family to enjoy the last, best summer event in Red Lodge at the Labor Day Arts Fair. Admission is free. Rain or shine. Lions Park is located next to the historic Carbon County Arts Guild & Depot Gallery in Red Lodge; one block west of Broadway on 8th Street– just watch for the crowd!
