In the early 1990s, Gary King and his high school friends were living on top of the world in their small hometown and attempted to execute an impressive pub crawl through the town's twelve pub. Twenty years later and Gary's friends have moved on with their lives, starting careers and families, but Gary lives as a depressed shadow of his youthful past self who peaked the night of the pub crawl. Desperate to relive the experience, Gary tracks down and manipulates his four old friends in to trying to complete the pub crawl for real this time. However, the longer they stay in their hometown, the more they notice something strange may be going on, and it appears that some advanced intelligence may be replacing the town residents with robotic replacements full of blue goo.
