Friday, August 9th, we will be 'speaking in tongues' at the historic #babcocktheatre when we put on a special screening of Jonathan Demme's spectacular concert film, STOP MAKING SENSE, in celebration of its 40th anniversary! This legendary concert film documents Talking Heads at the height of their popularity, touring for the release of their hit 1983 album, "Speaking in Tongues." This film is full of unique visuals, great choreography, an assortment of guest musicians, and of course, lots of incredible music from Talking Heads! If you consider yourself a fan of Talking Heads, you should consider it mandatory for you to see STOP MAKING sense on the big screen, in a historic theatre, no doubt! What are you gonna do?
