One of the South Side’s most fun traditions returns this year as the South Side Neighborhood Task Force hosts its annual Easter egg hunt at South Park. Children 12 and under are invited to join the fun as thousands of eggs filled with candy and prizes are scattered across the park. The hunt itself is famously quick and exciting, with around 12,000 eggs disappearing in under 15 minutes thanks to eager young egg hunters. It’s a joyful community gathering many families look forward to every spring.
