 STEP, Inc. has held the Recovery Carnival for the last three years in September. It was determined at the last event that recovery speakers and entertainment were the most enjoyable portions of the event for participants and over twenty different organizations who tabled at the event. STEP, Inc. has now worked with five different bands and the Billings First Congregational Church to bring the Riot for Recovery. This will be a free, family friendly event with all different music types and all different recovery stories for people from all walks of life to learn about recovery and to have access to FREE LIVE MUSIC.
