Pressure Canner Care and Operation

The second session in a three-part fall lecture series, Pressure Canner Care and Operation will introduce participants to pressure canning. Identifying key features in function and safety; cleaning and storage between seasons; and processing basics will be covered in this session. This is a 1-hour lecture. Due to facility and time constraints, it is not a hands-on canning class.
