45th Annual Heart and Sole Run

People of all ages and abilities are encouraged to take part! Make your Father's Day celebration a weekend to remember!
Save the date June 15, 2024, for our 45th Annual Heart & Sole Race in Billings, MT. The proceeds go towards the YMCA Annual Campaign and improving the Billings trail system through Billings TrailNet.
• RRCA State 10K Championship
• Montana Active Life Festival
• 5k and 2 mile
Location
- 5K and 2-Mile start near St. Vincent Healthcare at Grandview Park in Billings, MT.
- 10K starts at St. Francis Catholic School at 2202 Colton Blvd.
- All races finish at Dehler Park, home of the Billings Mustangs.
- Participants responsible for transportation to start. Return shuttle available at finish for 10K runners only, 8:30 am - 11:00 am.
Entry Fee
Individuals can conveniently register online, or download a registration form. There are three race types to choose from: 10K, 5K, or 2-Mile Health Walk. Children in strollers do not need to be registered, but must remain in the stroller the entire race. Please pay special attention to the race deadlines.
Through 11:59pm, June 12 All fees increase by $5 after this date
- 10K, 5K, Adult $35
- 10K, 5k Child* $30
- 2-Mile Adult $30
- 2-Mile Child* $25
- All Virtual Races $30
Processing Fee: not included in price
*Child pricing is for someone 8 years of age or under

Active Life Festival
Stay After the Race
The Montana Active Life Festival, sponsored by Saint Vincent Healthcare, will be held Saturday, June 15 from 8:00 am - 11:00 am, in conjunction with the finish of the Heart and Sole Run at Dehler Park, home of the Billings Mustangs. The event is a healthy lifestyle event, featuring music, over 20 interactive booths, kids events, and family fun. The Festival is FREE and open to the public.
