44th Annual Heart and Sole Run

People of all ages and abilities are encouraged to take part! Make your Father's Day celebration a weekend to remember!
Save the date June 17, 2023, for our 44th Annual Heart & Sole Race in Billings, MT. The proceeds go towards the YMCA Annual Campaign and improving the Billings trail system through Billings TrailNet.
• RRCA State 10K Championship
• Montana Active Life Festival
• 5k and 2 mile
Location
- 5K and 2-Mile start near St. Vincent Healthcare at Grandview Park in Billings, MT.
- 10K starts at St. Francis Catholic School at 2202 Colton Blvd.
- All races finish at Dehler Park, home of the Billings Mustangs.
- Participants responsible for transportation to start. Return shuttle available at finish, 8:30 am - 11:00 am.
Chip Timing
Chip timing will be provided by Competitive Timing. The chip will be secured to the back of your bib. Please wear your bib number on your front.
Entry Fee
Individuals can conveniently register online, or download a registration form. There are three race types to choose from: 10K, 5K, or 2-Mile Health Walk. Children in strollers do not need to be registered, but must remain in the stroller the entire race. Please pay special attention to the race deadlines.
Through 11:59pm, June 13 All fees increase by $5 after this date
- 10K, 5K, Adult $35
- 10K, 5k Child* $30
- 2-Mile Adult $30
- 2-Mile Child* $25
- All Virtual Races $30
Processing Fee: not included in price
*Child pricing is for someone 8 years of age or under
Race Schedule - June 17, 2023
- 7:45 am: 10K (at St. Francis Catholic School)
- 8:20 am: 5K (at St. Vincent Healthcare)
- 8:30 am: 2 Mile (at St. Vincent Healthcare)
Participant T-Shirts
All participants who register before the May 31 deadline will receive a t-shirt. Registrations after May 31 are not guaranteed a t-shirt. T-shirts will be sports performance t-shirts and are men's sizing.
Adult Sizes: XS, Small, Medium, Large, XL, 2X, or 3X.
Youth Sizes: Youth Medium.
*Note: There is an additional $2 fee for 2X or 3X shirts.
