You will leave with a charcuterie board full of meats, cheeses, fruits and other delicious goodies!
Creating a charcuterie board is an artful endeavor that transforms a simple assortment of meats, cheeses, and other delectable bites into a visually stunning spread.
This class is hands on. We will teach you the basics on how to create your boards. You will learn how to make pepperoni rosettes and tulips as well as other fun techniques.
We'll provide a variety of cured meats such as prosciutto, salami, and pepperoni, each offering distinct flavors and texture. Pair these meats with an array of artisanal cheeses, ranging from soft and creamy brie to sharp cheddar.
To enhance the flavor profile, we will show you what other accompaniments to add. We'll arrange them thoughtfully on a beautiful wooden board, paying attention to color, shape and placement for an eye-catching presentation!
Whether you're hosting a Thanksgiving meal or visiting another home, a charcuterie board is a delightful way to impress other guests!
We are offering two sized boards. The small board would be suitable for a couple or small family. The large board is suitable for a gathering of people. The small board is approximately 6x8" and the price with all materials is $69. The large board is approximately 12x17 and the price with all materials is $129. The boards are included in the cost of the class.
