Art on the River is a partnership effort between Yellowstone River Parks Association, Billings Arts Association, and National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Billings. Among the scenic trails and vistas of Dover Park, visitors will be able to observe artists in-process as they are inspired by nature and also participate directly in activities like kite-flying, nature journaling, meditation, yoga, and bird watching.
