We're kicking off 2026's NOSTALGIA NIGHT in seriously ridiculous fashion, for we will be playing a special 20th anniversary screening of David R. Ellis's 2006 action-horror-comedy-disaster-creature-feature-absurdist spectacle known as SNAKES ON A PLANE, playing January 21st!
A truly outrageous film that will permanently be remembered for its inescapable presence within 2000s meme and internet culture, SNAKES ON A PLANE is one of the first real 21st century examples of trash cinema captivating the masses, proving that you need little more than Samuel L. Jackson, profanity, and bizarre animal-induced violence to make something blow up in the age of the internet! So buckle up and sit back, because 2026 only gets crazier from here!
When FBI agent Neville Flynn boards a flight from Hawaii to L.A. with the job of escorting a key witness to testify against a mob boss, an onboard assassin releases a crate of deadly venomous snakes with the intention of killing the witness. As the snakes take over the plane, Neville and the other passengers mist work together in hopes of fending off the slithering threat!
