Voting for the 19th Annual Magic City Music Awards opens Monday, September 16th and runs through Sunday, September 29th at www.magiccitymusicawards.com.
The Magic City Music Awards, now in its 19th year, is a celebration of the local music community. This year's Magic City Music Awards, Hosted by Tyler Cook, will span 2 nights, bringing the event back to Yellowstone Valley Brewing for a kickoff party showcasing singer-songwriters Thursday, October 17th, followed by the Awards Ceremony Friday, October 18th at Pub Station Ballroom. All proceeds from ticket sales are donated to AMP Camp.
Grant Jones
Grant grew up in Billings, Montana. He spent years playing in a number of bands and various styles of music before turning to his own songs and sound. Grant's music reflects elements of indie, alternative rock, and roots-Americana traditions.
More than anything, his songs are stories. Grant takes on subjects personal and political, wondering aloud in ways that are honest but opaque, cutting yet gentle. His lyrics are all his own.
Parker Brown
Blending elements of American folk music, jazz fusion, soul, rock, hip-hop, and neo-mysticism, Parker Brown bring’s listeners an experience equal parts groove, exuberance, and contemplation.
Maddie Alpert
Moody-singer-songwriter, happy person out of Billings, MT.
