CASA of Yellowstone County 0.5K Run
The first annual CASA 0.5k is the BEST-sized version of the usual 5k race, and it promises all the trappings of a grueling distance event ... only this one involves running for, hooooo boy, several minutes. The race starts at Last Chance Pub and Cider Mill and ends way down Montana Avenue at Carter's Brewery. There will be shirts and medals and all participants will get a fancy schmancy Euro-style bumper sticker to put on your car as evidence of how badass you are! And there's more! Pre- and post-race beers are included, with a donut station half-way because we are committed to race support and we want to be sure you keep up your energy levels. So put on your party pants and wigs and tutus or whatever, and come dressed for fun to show us what you got ... ONLY THE STRONG SURVIVE!
This is a FUNdraiser benefitting CASA of Yellowstone County. CASA recruits, trains, and provides volunteers to advocate for kids in the Yellowstone County foster care system. For only $29.99, you can reserve a spot in this inaugural "run." And if you can't join us for the actual event, you can still be a virtual participant for the bargain price of $24.99, once again, including alllllllll the swag (except the beer because, logistics) so everyone will think you actually did it!
Actual runners are limited to the first 150 who sign up. If you are late signing up you will automatically be put into the "virtual participant" category. No refunds, and no "make up" beers, so ya better not wait too long.
