The Post is a multi-use space, offering low overhead, short-term-commitment and access to Montana Avenue walk and drive traffic. Businesses can trial new products and markets, run special promotions, do market research and launch seasonal offerings in a low-risk, temporary environment with minimal inventory necessary for operation. The Post is also available by the hour for private parties and business meetings.

Three-hour minimum for hourly rentals. Prices include all utilities. $100 security deposit due prior to use. Long – term rates available for rentals two months and longer.
