The (M) Factor 2: Before the Pause

@Art House Cinema & Pub
Join us for a powerful screening of The M Factor 2: Perimenopause, a documentary that brings honest, often unheard conversations about perimenopause into the spotlight. This event is designed to create awareness, reduce stigma, and open the door to practical, supportive conversations about the physical, emotional, and cognitive changes many women experience during this transition.
Hosted by Talitha Donnan, Occupational Therapy student, this screening will serve as the kickoff event for an upcoming workshop series focused on evidence-based, practical strategies for managing perimenopause symptoms. Future workshops will explore topics such as fatigue, sleep, mood changes, brain fog, stress management, diet and exercise, sexual changes, and maintaining meaningful daily activities.
Whether you’re experiencing perimenopause, supporting someone who is, or simply want to learn more, this event offers a welcoming space to learn, connect, and start the conversation.
Come for the film. Stay for the conversation. Leave feeling informed and supported.
