Rimrock's Pump-N-Run 2019
If you’re tired of the same old 5K run, then you’ve got to check out Rimrock’s Pump-N-Run for Recovery! Our unique twist on the average fun run will test not only your endurance but also your strength. This is your chance to show that you’re the ultimate athlete while also supporting a great cause!
There are twelve age/gender divisions. During Rimrock’s Pump-N-Run, you’ll have the option to take 30 seconds off of your race time for each successful bench press you complete before the race. The bench press weight varies by age and gender. Women are required to lift 40-70 percent of their weight, while men must lift 60-100 percent. Yellowstone Fitness will oversee the bench press competition and assist participants.
