Recipe: Parker’s Hangover Tonic Pepper Bombs

What you will need:

8-10 Jalapeno Peppers
1-8 oz. package of cream cheese ( room temperature) 
1-6 oz. of canned crabmeat ( or fresh crabmeat if preferred) 
1 tablespoon of Parker’s Hangover Tonic
1 tablespoon of Chipotle Chalula 
1 Tablespoon of grated parmesan
1 Tablespoon of Bacon 
Smoked Gouda or your choice of cheese to top peppers 

Heat Oven to 375 Degrees.
Remove stems, cut jalapenos in half, and remove seeds (if desired). 

Mix all ingredients together, then stuff each pepper half with the mixture.
Top each half with cheese and place on a greased cookie sheet.

Cook peppers for 18 minutes, remove and enjoy!
