Qigong 1 & 2

Qigong (pronounced: chee-gun), combines meditative and physically active elements, it is the basic exercise system within Chinese medicine. Qigong exercises are designed to help you preserve your Jing, strengthen and balance the flow of Qi energy, and enlighten your Shen. Qigong can also be described as a mind-body-spirit practice that improves one's mental and physical health by integrating posture, movement, breathing technique, self-massage, sound, and focused intent. This will be a four part series, and all equipment can and will be provided for you!
