Low-Cost Spay & Neuter Clinic

Every year, the Yellowstone Valley Animal Shelter (YVAS) partners with Spay Montana to bring two low-cost Spay & Neuter Clinics to the Billings area. Our Clinics' goal is to provide veterinary services to those who are in financial need and/or those who would not be able to get their animals altered through any other means.

Reservations are required for the Clinic and can be made by visiting the shelter in person (1735 Monad Road). Payment is required to book your appointment (cash or debit/credit cards). Costs are as follows:

- Cats - $45

- Dogs - $55

- Vaccinations (Distemper & Rabies) - $10 per vaccination, or $15 for both.

- Microchipping - $20

YVAS will also be offering limited scholarships for this Clinic. Scholarship applications can be picked up at the shelter (proof of income is required).

Aside from preventing unwanted litters, spaying/neutering your pet has many health and behavioral benefits. If you are unable to attend our Fall Clinic, please contact your veterinarian or contact YVAS for a list of Billings veterinarians.
