Leave No Trace Weekend Wonders Family Program
These naturalist-led programs are designed for all ages of explorers. Every month features a different topic that will get you and your family outdoors, learning about the plants and animals in our big backyard. NEW program time begins in May (9:30 - 11am)!
This month we’ll partner with the Absaroka-Beartooth Wilderness Foundation to learn about Leave No Trace (LNT), an outdoor ethic that will help you “leave only footprints and take only pictures.” The principles of LNT will help you stay safe in nature while protecting our backyard and the creatures that live there. We'll discuss these principles, then do a variety of activities to help deepen our understanding.
Advance registration is not required.
