The Montana Department of Labor & Industry, in partnership with Billings Chamber of Commerce are hosting the Assistance for Business Clinic. The ABC Clinics are designed to provide businesses, accountants, bookkeepers, HR professionals and attorneys with updated information on topics such as:  Montana Department of Revenue’s new form MW-4 and their E-Services  Unemployment Insurance Tax Requirements  Workers Compensation Coverage  Independent Contractor Regulations  How to use Labor Market Information  Registered Apprenticeship Program Information  Tax Incentives for Businesses  Minimum Wage & Overtime Information  New Hire Reporting  Child Support Services  USERRA Laws and Regulations The following Continuing Education Credits will be offered for those in attendance. HRCI- 6.5 credits, SHRM – 7.25 credits, CLE – 7.25 credits, and CPE – 7.25 Credits
