Bryan has been with Associated Employers since 2007 and provides member services in the areas of organizational, business and staff development and training. Bryan specializes in professional and staff development to include: leadership and management development, personality assessments, communication, conflict management, team building, performance management, discipline and termination. Staff development training services include: customer service, train-the-trainer, respect and business etiquette.

Bryan also provides member services in the area of regulatory and preventative training to include drug and alcohol testing, reasonable suspicion for supervisors, harassment and discrimination prevention, and workplace violence prevention. Business and organizational member services include executive coaching.

Prior to joining Associated Employers, Bryan worked in the financial industry and for a Fortune 500 company. Responsibilities included operational management, managing teams of up to 200 employees, master training for district-wide staff development, and district executive recruiting. Bryan has a B.S. degree in Business Administration from North Dakota State University, and his Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification. He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) on the local and national level.
