Black History Month: "Honor Deferred" @ The Billings Public Library

"Honor Deferred" is a documentary about African-American soldiers who had to wait 50 years to be awarded the Congressional Medals of Honor they had earned during World War II. Black History Month programs are presented in partnership with the Black Heritage Foundation.
