17th Annual Downtown Trick-or-Treat
Billings, MT: The Downtown Billings Alliance (DBA) is hosting the 17th annual Downtown Trick-or-Treat on Wednesday, October 31st, from 12pm-5pm. This free community event offers trick-or-treating for children at participating downtown businesses as a safe and family-friendly Halloween celebration. The DBA office at 2815 2nd Ave. N. will provide maps of participating locations and trick-or-treat bags for children. For more information, go to www.downtownbillings.com.
The DBA asks the public to be mindful of traffic and pedestrian patterns downtown in consideration of this children’s event.
