Whiskey Witches and Wizards

It is a dangerous and mysterious time to be witch – so bring your Mabon energy to the Moss Mansion and get ready to have an exciting time to start the Halloween season! Come and enjoy this five-part witchy cocktail experience that will take you through the mansion as well as the grounds, all while celebrating wonderful witch genres, new and old. Each cocktail station will celebrate a different witch theme– from Harry Potter witches, Wicked Witch of the West, to the 90’s girls from The Craft! Like to start your Halloween season with Hocus Pocus? Us too, they’ve got a drink station as well. And you can’t go wrong by honoring the classic Medieval Witches of old who have been through it over the centuries.
But beware the Witch Hunters as you move through the house and grounds;in order to make it through unscathed you need to collect some protection charms on your way... just a little riddle or two, nothing a witch like you couldn’t handle.
5:00 pm – Doors Open…arrive at the time that suits you then check in and pick up your Time Ticket. Time Tickets will be given first come, first served. Once you have your time ticket you can tour the grounds and enjoy the vendors until your assigned time, then you can enter the mansion.
8:45 pm – Best Costume and Best Witch or Wizzard Hat competitions will be awarded. We love a competition and hope you do too, come dressed up as your favorite witch or wizard for the costume competition or decorate a witch/wizard hat and enter the hat competition!
Your reservation and payment of $50 includes admission to the mansion and grounds, five tastings of our specialty spirits plus a craft beer (non-alcoholic options available too).
Know before you go: You will need to report to the back of the Mansion upon arrival. Your group will be assigned a time to get into the mansion. Time assignments are first come, first served, and groups will enter Moss Mansion (for spirits tastings stations) every 5 minutes. We ask that you attend before 7:30 pm. Spirit stations will be located on three levels of the mansion and outside, so be ready for plenty of stairs with sensible shoes. Please bring a form of ID if you purchased a 21 and over ticket. Reservations are not eligible for a refund but may be transferred by calling 406-256-5100.
