Yoga Nidrā is a guided meditative sleep and extended savasana practice, sometimes referred to as a horizontal meditation. Yoga Nidrā is often described as a state of conscious sleep … or sleep with conscious awareness. This is an incredibly accessible practice and a transformational one as well. Yoga Nidrā is widely recognized as an effective method, and supplemental treatment for stress, anxiety, depression, PTSD/trauma, addiction, insomnia, and other psychosomatic disorders.

This is a practice that promotes deep healing, that can stoke creativity, improve memory, and promote a super learner state of mind. As a centuries old practice, yoga nidra continues to be a valuable offering to redirect intention, step back from hyper vigilant states of being, and to remember our relationship with the present moment is the most important one.
