Born and raised in Montana, Taylor Burlage has been playing and writing songs for 10 years now. Influenced by the likes of Justin Townes Earle, Josh Ritter, and Watchhouse, his songs are driven by simple lyricism and folky progressions that lend a modern take on timeless music. His other major musical endeavor is leading the Bozeman based alt-country band The Dead & Down.
“Something that I really want people to know is that it’s ok to feel.” Austin-based singer-songwriter CAELIN makes this message clear in her emotionally transparent songs backed by strong, rootsy grooves and powerful vocals. Her music has a dreamy, ethereal air to them but does not get lost up in the clouds. They’re firmly grounded by Americana dramatics and CAELIN’s authentic songwriting.
