“Quality of Life, Equality of Opportunity" -- A Celebration of 50 Years of Montana's Constitution

Join the Billings Public Library Foundation, Montana State University Billings, and Yellowstone Public Radio as we commemorate fifty year’s of the Montana State Constitution with the 2022 Royal Johnson Forum. Join former U.S. Ambassador to China and U.S. Senator Max Baucus, former Montana Governor Marc Racicot, former Montana State Representative Dorothy Bradley, and longtime Montana political reporter Chuck Johnson in a panel conversation moderated by Darrell Ehrlick, Editor-in-Chief of the Daily Montanan.

This event is free and open to the public, and will include an opportunity to ask questions.
